I had a wonderful experience with Adventure West on my two-week trip from Perth to Exmouth. A special thank you to Gino for his outstanding assistance and customer service. From the beginning he was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. The vehicle itself was fantastic — comfortable, reliable and really well equipped. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into making sure you have everything you could possibly need for a trip like this. Having everything so well organised made travelling and camping incredibly enjoyable. As a solo traveller, I particularly appreciated how easy the setup was. Everything was straightforward and practical, so I could quickly get set up at the end of the day without any hassle. That made such a difference when travelling on my own. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adventure West 4x4 Rentals to anyone looking to explore WA. Great vehicle, great setup and, above all, fantastic customer service. Une expérience formidable ! 🇦🇺 Nous avons loué un Ford Ranger Dual Roof Top chez Adventure West 4x4 Rentals à Perth pour notre aventure en Western Australia, et nous avons été absolument ravis ! Le véhicule était confortable, très bien équipé, fiable et parfaitement adapté à notre voyage. Le Roof Top est un véritable plus et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité générale et le confort du véhicule, même après de longues journées sur la route. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le professionnalisme et la qualité de l’accueil. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Et surtout, un immense merci à Gino ! 😊 Il a été notre interlocuteur du premier contact jusqu’au retour du véhicule. Toujours disponible, sympathique, attentionné et de très bons conseils. Top! Gino und sein Team leben für Camping. Das merkt man den Fahrzeugen an. Alles durchdacht und funktional, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Ford Ranger als Basis bringt einen überall hin. Und in Sachen Service kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Einweisung top, Rückgabe unkompliziert, tolle Tipps bevor und während man unterwegs ist. Und selbst bei einem heranziehenden Hurrikan ist Gino da und schaut dass es einem gut geht und man in Sicherheit ist. We originally planned to visit Western Australia to swim with whale sharks in Ningaloo and had considered flying up to Exmouth. After looking into the route, we realised we could turn the journey itself into part of the adventure by driving north from Perth. Hiring a 4x4 camper felt like the best and most enjoyable way to properly see Western Australia, rather than simply flying over it. Before booking, we compared a lot of different 4x4 rental providers, and Adventure West stood out as offering the most capable vehicles at the best price point. There were cheaper alternatives available, but when we looked properly at what was included and the overall quality of the setup, Adventure West offered far better value for money. We hired the Single Roof Top Tent 2 Person 4X4 Camper for a Perth to Exmouth road trip, stopping at places like the Pinnacles, Hutt Lagoon, Kalbarri and the Coral Coast on the way up, then Monkey Mia and the Lancelin sand dunes on the way back. The vehicle was comfortable, capable and really well set up for remote travel and camping. The rooftop tent, fridge, cooking gear and safety/recovery equipment made the trip much easier and gave us confidence when heading into more remote areas. The team were also excellent throughout. They were helpful, easy to deal with, and gave us a clear handover so we knew exactly how everything worked before setting off. I would definitely recommend Adventure West to anyone planning a self-drive 4x4 trip around Western Australia.

With one of us not being a "big fan of camping", we first planned to rent one of the Ford Everest SUV Wagons, Adventure West is advertising for the "less tenty souls". Following our first request for a quote for a 12 days one way rental from Perth to Broome, Gino replied almost immediately. While we were impressed with the speed of the reply, sadly the the desired vehicle was no longer available within the time period we were able to travel. Adventure West came forward with an attractive offer to hire one of their Ford Ranger 4x4 camper, with the option for a deduction, should we not use the tent. After we finally embarked on our journey after what was a most friendly and thorough handover by Dan, we gradually realised, that the camper was the best thing that could have happened to us. While we ended up not using the tent, we followed Dan's inspiration and used the car for many breakfasts and dinners in many places in the middle of nature. The whole setup of the car was extremely thought-through, well designed, clean and super robust, with everything you need for proper outdoor cooking and for enjoying the outdoors far from towns and paved roads. It was an irresistible invitation to use the full potential of the vehicle we called "ours" for 12 days. We also made proper use of the car's 4x4 capabilities, for which we were encouraged at handover. We started slow but quickly grew in confidence, and the car never let us down. We had a blast on many sandy roads and track sections. We had two very minor issues / questions regarding the car while en route, to which AdventureWest replied extremely fast. The hand-over at the end, where we finally met Gino, was friendly, fair, and without any fuzz. We experienced AdventureWest as very responsive, flexible and super friendly. They offer a great product. The car was in perfect condition and a true powerhouse in any aspect. On top of that, we felt that the business is one of the sort where you can feel the passion of the owners. And this makes a huge difference. Thanks for the good time we had guys. Hands down the best car I have every driven. It felt so safe from the highway to deep sand on the beaches. Every detail has been meticulously considered and crafted by their in-house fabrication workshop and were really open to feedback about how to optimise more features on the ute. We did Perth to Broome with beach camps on the Ningaloo coast and gorge walks and swims through Karijini National Park. The dual cab ute with two rooftop tents was the right setup for a family of five — genuinely comfortable, well-equipped, and capable everywhere we took it. The custom canopy had everything we needed, only needed to bring clothes. If you’re thinking about doing a proper West Australian road trip, this is a straightforward way to do it well. Highly recommend Adventure West 4x4, Gino was bloody excellent to deal with. Our kids still talk about the trip and wanting to do it again.

Dear Rental Team, this was the first time we rented a 4x4 vehicle through you – and wow! The vehicle and its equipment were absolutely amazing and turned our Australia trip into a real adventure. Whether it was remote tracks, gravel roads or breathtaking places far away from the usual tourist routes – without this vehicle, we would never have experienced so much of this incredible country.
